You should check out by 11:00, with a check-out time of 12:00 for the suites. You can of course still use our facilities after that.

Based on availability, later check-out is possible at an additional cost with a maximum until 13:00 on the day of departure. Please contact our reception team if you have any questions about this.

  • BATHROBES
    Bathrobes are available for rent at reception. We kindly ask you to return them. Failure to do so will result in the deposit not being released.
  • BIKE RENTAL
    You can hire a standard bicycle for €17.50 per day or choose an E-Bike for €30.00 per day. More information can be found here.
  • FITNESS
    When entering the fitness area, we ask that you wear shoes that have only been worn indoors. The fitness room is open from 07:00 to 23:00.
  • HOUSEKEEPING
    All hotel rooms are cleaned daily. If you hang a 'do not disturb' sign on the door, cleaning will be skipped that day. Should you require cleaning later in the day, please contact our reception. Cleaning takes place between 09:00 & 17:00.
  • HOME RULES
    For your and our safety, we have house rules. When you stay at Hotel Tilburg, you agree to our house rules. You can view them here.
  • CLIMATE CONTROL
    HERE you will find the manual of the climate control in our hotel rooms.
  • SAFE
    Every room and suite has a safe in which you can store your valuables. You close the safe by entering a personal 4-digit code and pressing '#'. When the safe is closed, key in the same code to open it. Please leave the safe door open on departure. The management accepts no liability for loss or theft of valuables.
  • NETFLIX
    Under development.
  • DRY CLEANING & LAUNDRY
    It is possible to have your clothes cleaned. If you hand in your laundry at reception before 9:00 am, it will be returned to you the same day. The cost of washing/steaming clothes is a minimum of €10.00. We do not offer a laundry service on weekends and public holidays. More info at our reception.
  • IRON
    You can borrow an iron at reception. In our suites you will find it in the cupboard.
  • WIFI
    Free wireless internet is available throughout the building. The network name is 'van der valk Tilburg'. You do not need a password.
  • POOL
    It is forbidden to jump and/or dive into the swimming pool. The pool is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00.
